The complex, well structured palate offers silky tannins, succulent fruit and a supple texture. Fleshy plum and spice are most apparent amongst a complex mix of flavours. The richness and vibrancy of the fruit ensures a long and persistent finish from this balanced and elegant wine.

It has a complex choc-mint nose with integrated subtle oak. The Cabernet imparts a backbone of cassis overlayed with plum fruits from the Merlot. Medium-bodied in structure with fine, silky tannins.

Joshua is made from Grenache, mataro and shiraz harvested from vineyards with up to 80 years of heritage in the Barossa Valley. It is an age old style, made famous in the Rhone valley.

Maven Pinot Noir is a deep ruby colour and balances rich and savoury forest floor aromas with ripe dark flavours. This wine has stunning complexity and length.

The Heirloom Vineyards Eden Valley Shiraz was produced from hand-tended vines, sorted bunch by bunch, then naturally open fermented, basket pressed and stored in well seasoned first-use French oak barriques from bespoke coopers.

Deep purple red, dark and exotic, showing aromas of fruitcake, ripe plums, black currant and the sweet spices of cinnamon, clove and cardamom the variety is known for. A rich, full-bodied and velvety wine with vibrant raspberry and cherry fruit, plenty of spice and a soft, lingering finish.
