Are the wines the same each time?
Your wines will change, but the composition of your case - and
the price - will remain the same.
What if I don’t like a wine?
Our 100% money-back guarantee always stands. If you don’t
like a wine – for whatever reason – just call us and we’ll
credit your account.
What if I want to cancel?
You can cancel at any time without penalty. What’s more,
you can skip or increase your deliveries – or get your wine
delivered to an alternative address if you’re away.
Am I locked in to my selection?
You can change your mix option or your wine plan at any time,
or even double your order for big events.
Can I pay over three months?
Yes. With your David Jones card or your credit card, you can
pay your case off over three monthly instalments.
Delivery Details
- Your first Wine Plan delivery will be shipped immediately. Then you'll
receive a new delivery automatically every 3 months.
- We will only bill your account after your wine has been dispatched.
You can choose the monthly payment option, so you can spread
the payments for each delivery over 3 monthly instalments. Please
note that the split payments apply only to your Wine Plans.
