Returns policy

Quality Concerns
If a wine is corked, oxidized, or tainted in any way, the David Jones WINEClub will process an immediate refund for the affected bottle/s. In the unlikely event that more than 2 bottles in any dozen are quality-compromised, the remaining 10 bottles will be picked up at no cost to the member. The full value of wine and delivery will be refunded.

Tasting Guarantee
We pride ourselves on our recommendations. The David Jones WINEClub offers a 2 bottle taste test: where 2 bottles in any dozen have been consumed, and the member is unhappy with the selection, the remaining 10 bottles will be picked up at no cost to the member. The full value of wine and delivery will be refunded.

Transit damage or loss
If wine is lost, misplaced or damaged in transit, the David Jones WINEClub will refund or replace at no cost to the Member.

Internal Error
If incorrect wine has been received, the David Jones WINEClub will offer pickup and replacement, or pickup and full refund.

Change of Mind or Order is Surplus to Requirements
Where products are returned because they are no longer required or the member has had a change of heart, the goods will be refunded in full providing the items are saleable. A handling or restocking fee will apply.

Gifts
Free “gifts” are conditional on the purchase of wine. If an order is being returned for reasons of taste preference, and there was a gift component in the original order, the gift should be returned with the case. If it is not possible to return the “gift”, the member may be charged for the value of the free goods.
