- What happens if I′ve forgotten my password?
-
Your password login is your Membership number, which is shown on the order form you receive every month (with the catalogue. Just look near your name and address.) Your login is the email address that you have registered with us. If you don′t have your membership number or latest catalogue handy, we can automatically email your password to the email address you have registered with us - simply go to our forgotten password page, type in your registered email address, and your password will automatically be sent to that address within a couple of minutes. Should you have any questions, or need some help, please contact your friendly Wine Advisor on 1300 703 592.

- How do you verify I am over 18?
-
Australian law prohibits the sale of alcoholic beverages to persons under the age of 18 years. You will be asked to confirm that you are 18 years of age or over and supply your date of birth when you apply for membership with us. It is a condition of purchase from us that you verify that you are 18 years of age or over. If you do not confirm that you are aged 18 years or over, we cannot process your order.

- What information do you collect about users? How do you use it?
-
When you open an account with us, we need to know your name, email address, mailing and delivery address, phone contact details and date of birth.
When you give us your credit card details to pay for your wine purchases or membership fee we only use them for that transaction. They are not stored. Each time you order through this site you will be asked to enter your credit card details. Again, these details are used only to process that order, they are not stored. All other personal information such as addresses and order history is stored on our main database, not on the web server.
